Where All Do We Deliver ?

We deliver in India and across the Globe. So we request you to provide full street address with state, pin code / zip code and name of the country.

To ensure that no disputes arise due to this, kindly make sure that someone is there to receive the package when delivery is attempted. Please note that there are no shipments made from the store on Sundays and public holidays as our logistics partner, does not make any pick-ups on those days.

 

Calculating Cost

 

Standard Shipping

Shipping cost is based on item price and weight. More number of items in your shopping bag will get you the benefits of lesser shipping charges. The weight of each item can be checked on the detail page of the product. All weights will be rounded up to the next 500 grams.

International shipping and handling rates are based on the size of your order. Hence, bigger your order is, lower is the shipping cost. Free shipping across India!

 

Shipping Gifts to India

We take great pride in being able to offer FREE SHIPPING to any address in India to our customers with family and friends back home. To ensure the quickest confirmed delivery on all orders to India, please be sure to include the complete postal address with the correct PIN code. We cannot be responsible for postal delays resulting from incomplete address listings.

Also be aware that all shipments to any Girls College/School/Hostel are placed at the customer's risk. If the school's warden does not accept your package or it is refused for any reason, Urbangoldtea.com will under no circumstances issue a refund or credit to the customer's account, nor shall Urbangoldtea.com attempt re-shipment of the same order. For a special or preferred delivery date, the sender must mention the delivery date in the gift message box when placing their order. If the order does not contain any delivery date, then it will be delivered at the first opportunity, as soon as possible.

 

Transit Times

All the shipments are delivered within 3-4 working days from date of order
 

Transit Risk

In-transit risk is all ours. But urbangoldtea.com or Urban Gold Tea Private Limited will not responsible for lost and stolen packages or any full or partial damages to the package after being left at customer's address by postal / courier agency.
 

Shipment and Tracking Details

We will send you an email regarding the shipment of your order, as soon as the items are handed over to the Courier. These alert emails will contain the tracking number and courier companies website details along with expected date of delivery. Tracking numbers for orders shipped might take 24 business hours to become active on the courier websites.
 

Address Change Requests

Once an order is registered, you cannot make any alterations. However, address alteration requests may be accommodated within 24 hours of placing the order. You may send your alteration request to info@Urbangoldtea.com or urbangoldtea@gmail.com and the needful will be done.
 

Multiple Address Order

Currently this option is not available. However, if you want to send the product to different addresses, you can place multiple orders.
 

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please note: some courier companies charge a penalty for incorrect shipping addresses, wherein the address and zip code do not match. The customer will, without exception, bear the cost of any such penalties and/or fees, not urbangoldtea.com. Please make sure your shipping address is correct. In the event of a reshipment of the same order, customers will be responsible to pay re-shipping charges for the reshipment.
 

Packing Method

All products are first bubble wrap packed then put in corrugated box.
 

Time to Ship

For each item we have mentioned time to ship along with the item image. These are only indicative and approximate values, and items can be shipped earlier or later on case to case basis depending on availability of item and other factors. It is advisable to email us with the item codes to get more accurate time to ship estimate. We are proud to offer such shipping values to our customers, especially when paired with our fast delivery times. In most cases, your order will be processed within 48-72 hours of your placing it. You can expect to receive your order, on average, within 7 -15 business days of placing the order.
 

What if Any Delays?

Time to ship mentioned on our website against each item are indicative and approximate values only and sometimes due to situations beyond our control, delays may occur. No refund, returns, replacement & exchange will be entertained for this reason. If, for any reason, there is going to be a delay in shipping because an item is out of stock or if there is an unusual delay in filling an order, we will notify you by e-mail.
 

Billing Address and Shipping Address

Billing Address is the address where a customer gets his bills from the credit card company. Shipping address is the address where the customer wants to receive their shipment.
 

What happens if my order is lost in transit?

If a shipment is lost in transit, we wait for 15 days and then reprocess/reship the order.

We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility that:

- The item may be damaged during transit.
- Or there might be a manufacturing defect.
- Or that a wrong item is delivered to you by mistake.

 

Item Received in Damaged Condition / Manufacturing Defect or Wrong Item.

If you have received a damaged item or if the item you received was not the item you ordered or if it was misrepresented on our site, please contact us by email within 24 hours of your receipt of the product. It is important that you save all packing materials as well as the item itself. When you reach us, we'll give you instructions on how to proceed.

We will express ship a replacement item at the earliest possible with no extra shipping cost to you

- If the original ordered item is no longer possible then we will request you to choose an alternate item and express ship the same to you with no extra shipping cost to you. We will communicate with you about your wishes to make sure you will be happy with the exchange.
- If you do not want any alternate item then we will refund you in full with no deduction whatsoever.
- Or any other amicable resolution as mutually agreed with you.

Here Are Some Important & Helpful Guidelines on Returns

* Always email us first if you have a problem on info@jayshreetea.com

* Always be sure to report your problem within 24 hours of receiving the item in question

* Never send back an item without consulting with us. It's very important that you DO NOT send the item back to us until you have verified with us and no credit or replacement shall be given on such items.

* Always report any and all problems associated with a single order/package delivery at the same time. Be as specific as possible when describing the problem, as all returned items are examined for defects / variations.

* Always return your items using registered airmail / courier.

* Any shipping costs of sending back above what customer paid for shipping charges while receiving them are the responsibility of the customer.

* Please return within 7 working days of confirmation from our end, and with original packing, TAG INTACT& in original condition (please, noused or altered items). Please ensure to include a copy of the invoice you received.

* We will examine the product you return, figure out what went wrong, and take immediate steps to prevent such problems from reoccurring.

* As safe delivery to you is our responsibility, in the same way sending back safely to us is your responsibility. If something happens in transit and the package doesn't get delivered to us, we cannot help you. So make sure to send through suggested postal service only and forward the details to us and keep the airway bill or postal receipt till it gets delivered to us.

 

Credit Issuals

All credits to be posted to a customer's credit card account takes about 3 to 5 business days to be processed. The corresponding bank of the customers may take about 2 business days to actually post these to the customer's accounts from the date we processed the credits. Customers can check these credits in their next credit card statement.

Be Extra Alert when Accepting Parcel from Courier

If the outer packing is damaged or tampered with, do verify the items quality and quantity with invoice before accepting the package from the courier agency. In case of any discrepancy, either refuse to accept delivery or accept delivery only after putting suitable remark on the proof of delivery. Also lodge proper complain with the local office of the courier agency, so that we may pursue them.

Colour & Description Disclaimer

The details of the products or product specifications (for instance weight, Colour, details etc.) quoted with the product displays are only approximate values.

A customer must place an order keeping in mind this minor variation in Colour as seen on a computer screen against the actual Colour of the product received.

Urbangoldtea.com or Urban Gold Tea Private Limited firmly believes that all the customers who order online are aware that Colours seen on a monitor will be slightly different as compared to the actual product ordered. It is practically impossible for urbangoldtea.com to replicate the same Colours on a product as seen on your monitor. A variation in the shade selected by you is considered as a normal practice as these products have a tendency to reflect different shades of a Colour under different light and weather, type of camera used for photography or type and settings on the computer monitor.
